A thoughtful, relational approach
Psychotherapy can be a place to understand not only what is happening, but why certain difficulties continue despite your best efforts to change them.

How I work
My approach combines mindfulness-based psychotherapy, relational therapy and EMDR. Rather than applying one method to everyone, I tailor the work to you, your circumstances and what you hope to gain from therapy.
We may explore how earlier experiences, relationships and ways of coping continue to influence how you feel and respond today. Alongside finding ways to manage current difficulties, therapy can help you understand and gradually change the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
The relationship between us is an important part of the work. I aim to offer a thoughtful, collaborative and non-judgmental space in which you can speak openly, including about experiences that may feel difficult to explain or share.
